nomupaluli wovanandjala.
Omwene Oye omumangululi wovamangwa.

Omwene omunyongamununi
wovanyongamekwa koufiye.
Omwene omuhokwi wovayuki.

1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
