4 Omusita gwaIsraeli iha kumuka
noiha kotha,
5 Omuwa ote ku tonatele;
oye eshigo negameno lyoye.
6 Etango itali ku tsu pethimbo lyomutenya
nenge omwedhi uusiku.
7 Omuwa ote ku gamene kiiponga ayihe
note ku kaleke nomwenyo.
8 Omuwa ota gamene okupita kwoye
nokugaluka kwoye,
ngashingeyi nosigo aluhe.
A Song of degrees.
1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
