Unclean Bodily Discharges
1 The Lord gave Moses and Aaron the following regulations 2 for the people of Israel. When any man has a discharge from his penis, the discharge is unclean, 3 whether the penis runs with it or is stopped up by it. 4 Any bed on which he sits or lies is unclean. 5 Anyone who touches his bed 6 or sits on anything the man has sat on must wash his clothes and take a bath, and he remains unclean until evening. 7 Anyone who touches the man with the discharge must wash his clothes and take a bath, and he remains unclean until evening. 8 If the man with the discharge spits on anyone who is ritually clean, that person must wash his clothes and take a bath, and he remains unclean until evening. 9 Any saddle or seat on which the man with the discharge sits is unclean. 10 Anyone who touches anything on which the man sat is unclean until evening. Anyone who carries anything on which the man sat must wash his clothes and take a bath, and he remains unclean until evening. 11 If a man who has a discharge touches one of you without first having washed his hands, you must wash your clothes and take a bath, and you remain unclean until evening. 12 Any clay pot that the man touches must be broken, and any wooden bowl that he touches must be washed.
13 After the man is cured of his discharge, he must wait seven days and then wash his clothes and take a bath in fresh spring water, and he will be ritually clean. 14 On the eighth day he shall take two doves or two pigeons to the entrance of the Tent of the Lord's presence and give them to the priest. 15 The priest shall offer one of them as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering. In this way he will perform the ritual of purification for the man.
16 When a man has an emission of semen, he must bathe his whole body, and he remains unclean until evening. 17 Anything made of cloth or leather on which the semen falls must be washed, and it remains unclean until evening. 18 After sexual intercourse both the man and the woman must take a bath, and they remain unclean until evening.
19 When a woman has her monthly period, she remains unclean for seven days. Anyone who touches her is unclean until evening. 20 Anything on which she sits or lies during her monthly period is unclean. 21-23 Any who touch her bed or anything on which she has sat must wash their clothes and take a bath, and they remain unclean until evening. 24 If a man has sexual intercourse with her during her period, he is contaminated by her impurity and remains unclean for seven days, and any bed on which he lies is unclean.
25 If a woman has a flow of blood for several days outside her monthly period or if her flow continues beyond her regular period, she remains unclean as long as the flow continues, just as she is during her monthly period. 26 Any bed on which she lies and anything on which she sits during this time is unclean. 27 Any who touch them are unclean and must wash their clothes and take a bath; they remain unclean until evening. 28 After her flow stops, she must wait seven days, and then she will be ritually clean. 29 On the eighth day she shall take two doves or two pigeons to the priest at the entrance of the Tent of the Lord's presence. 30 The priest shall offer one of them as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, and in this way he will perform the ritual of purification for her.
31 The Lord told Moses to warn the people of Israel about their uncleanness, so that they would not defile the Tent of his presence, which was in the middle of the camp. If they did, they would be killed.
32 These are the regulations about a man who has a discharge or an emission of semen, 33 a woman during her monthly period, or a man who has sexual intercourse with a woman who is ritually unclean.

1 Muhona wa yandja omazikamisiro nga ku Moses na Aron 2 na tja ku wo: “Raereye kOvaisrael nu itjeye nai: ‘Omurumendu ngamwa auhe ngwa vera otjikamoha, okutja eye omuhakohoke, 3 kutja outwika maupiti poo kombunda wa isa okupita. 4 Ombete aihe ku ma rangavara, notjiṋa atjihe ku ma haama, ovyo mavi rire ovihakohoke. 5 Nu ngamwa auhe ngu ma ṱunu kombete ye, 6 poo ngwa haama kotjiṋa ngamwa atjihe omurumendu ngwi ka haamene nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu, neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 7 Nu ngamwa auhe ngwa ṱunu komundu ngwi, ngwa vera otjikamoha nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 8 Nomurumendu ngwi ngu na omutjise wotjikamoha tja tjekere ngamwa auhe omukohoke omate, nu ingwi ngwa tjekerwa omate nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 9 Notjikaviriro ngamwa atjihe omurumendu ngwi ngwa vera otjikamoha ke kavirira otjo otjihakohoke. 10 Ngamwa auhe ngwa ṱunu kotjiṋa ku kwa haama omurumendu ngo ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. Nu ingwi ngu me tji tjindi nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 11 Nomurumendu ngwi ngwa vera otjikamoha tja ṱunu ku ngamwa auhe ngunda rutenga e hiye rikoha omake, nu ingwi ngwa ṱunwa nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 12 Onyungu ngamwa aihe yomunoko omurumendu ngwi ngwa vera ka ṱunu ngai nyainywe; nungwari oviṋa avihe mbya ungurwa pomuti eye ka ṱunu ngavi kohwe.
13 “ ‘Nomurumendu ngwi tja zu nokuveruka kotjikamoha tje, nga undje omayuva hambombari, tjazumba nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu nomeva omakohoke woruharwi; neye otji ma rire omukohoke. 14 Nu meyuva oritjahambondatu nga tware ozohanda mbari poo ovingutyona vivari komurungu wa Muhona pomahitiro wOndanda yOmahakaeneno, e keviyandje komupristeri. 15 Nomupristeri nga punguhe imwe yazo i rire ombunguhiro yokuisapo ourunde, nongwao i rire ombunguhiro oningiririsiwa. Momuano mbwi eye ma tjitire omurumendu ngwi ombunguhiro yomakohororero komurungu wa Muhona.
16 “ ‘Omurumendu worive tja eta ondwi yourumendu nga kohe orutu rwe aruhe momeva; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 17 Nombanda aihe poo omukova auhe ku kwa wire ondwi ndji ngavi kohwe momeva; novyo mavi rire ovihakohoke nga kongurova. 18 Nomurumendu tja rara pomukazendu nga tja eta ondwi yourumendu, aveyevari ngave rikohe nawa morutu; nowo mave rire ovahakohoke nga kongurova.
Ouhakohoke wovakazendu
19 “ ‘Nomukazendu tje ri komayuva we woukazendu, eye ma rire omuhakohoke oure womayuva hambombari. Nu auhe ngu ma ṱunu ku ye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 20 Otjiṋa atjihe ku ma rangavara poo ku ma haama ngunda e ri komayuva we woukazendu, matji rire otjihakohoke. 21 Ngamwa auhe ngu ma ṱunu kombete yomukazendu ngwi nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 22 Auhe ngwa ṱunu kotjiṋa omukazendu ngwi ka haama nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 23 Tji pe notjiṋa kombete tjomukazendu ngwi poo otjiṋa eye ka haamene, naku ṱunu omundu, nungwari omundu ngwi ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 24 Omurumendu tja rara pomukazendu ngu ri komayuva we woukazendu, nombinḓu yomukazendu ai ṱunu ku ye, ma rire omuhakohoke oure womayuva hambombari; nombete aihe omurumendu ku ma rangavara mai rire ohakohoke.
25 “ ‘Omukazendu tje pita ombinḓu koukaendu we oure womayuva tjiva, nu ndji he ri oyomayuva we woukazendu, eye ma rire omuhakohoke ngunda omapitiro wombinḓu ye aye hiya yanda tjimuna indu tje ri momueze. 26 Ngamwa ombete na atjihe omukazendu ngwi karangavara, na ngamwa otjiṋa atjihe ka haama ngunda e ri momayuva nga, matji rire otjihakohoke. 27 Ngamwa auhe ngu ma ṱunu koviṋa mbi ma rire omuhakohoke; eye nga kohe ozombanda ze, nu nge rikohe morutu; neye ma rire omuhakohoke nga kongurova. 28 Nungwari omayuva we woukazendu tji ya zu nokuyanda nga undje omayuva hambombari; kombunda yanao otji ma rire omukohoke. 29 Meyuva oritjahambondatu eye nga tware ozohanda mbari poo ovingutyona vivari komupristeri pomahitiro wOndanda yOmahakaeneno. 30 Nomupristeri nga punguhe imwe yazo i rire ombunguhiro yokuisapo ourunde, nongwao i rire ombunguhiro oningiririsiwa, nu momuano mbwi eye ma tjitire omukazendu ngwi ombunguhiro yomakohororero komurungu wa Muhona.
31 “ ‘Komuhingo mbwi otji mamu sokuronga Ovaisrael otja kouhakohoke wawo kutja ave ha ṱunda omaturiro wandje nge ri mokati kawo, nave ha ṱu.
32 “ ‘Inga onge ri omatwako otja komurumendu ngwa vera otjikamoha poo ngu ma eta ondwi yourumendu; 33 nokomukazendu ngu ri komayuva we woukazendu poo nokomurumendu ngwa rara pomukazendu omuhakohoke.’ ”
