1 Muhona, owaṋi ngu ma yenene
okuvarura ondjuwo yoye?
Owaṋi ngu ma yenene okurikotamena kOsion,
ondundu yoye ondjapuke?
2 Eye ngwi ngu nonḓuviro
ku Ndjambi moviṋa avihe,
nu ngu tjita ousemba aruhe,
nu ngu hungira ouatjiri nomutima we auhe,
3 nu ngu ha yamba ovakwao;
eye ngwi ngu ha tjiti ouvi kovakwao,
nu ngu ha taka omambo
ohunga novararanganda.
4 Eye ngwi ngwa nyengura
imba Ndjambi mba tonda,
nungwari ngu yozika imba
mbe nonḓuviro ku Muhona;
eye aruhe u yenenisa omakwizikiro we,
nandarire kutja owo omazeu.
5 Eye ngwi ngu ha yazemisa ovimariva
vye kutja a munine po ovitjoziwa,
nu ngu ha kambura oviyandjewa
vyombopero kutja a
kumininine po omuhinandjo.
Ngamwa auhe ngu tjita oviṋa mbi
kamaa yaraara ko nga aruhe.

Who May Worship the Lord?
1 Who may stay in God's temple
or live on the holy mountain
of the Lord?
2 Only those who obey God
and do as they should.
They speak the truth
3 and don't spread gossip;
they treat others fairly
and don't say cruel things.
4 They hate worthless people,
but show respect for all
who worship the Lord.
And they keep their promises,
no matter what the cost.
5 They lend their money
without charging interest,
and they don't take bribes
to hurt the innocent.
Those who do these things
will always stand firm.
