(1Eku 16:23-33)1 Imburireye Muhona eimburiro epe!
Imburireye Muhona,
vature wouye amuhe!
2 Imburireye Muhona,
nu mu mu tange!
Eyuva arihe zuvariseye ombuze
ombwa yokutja eye we tu yama.
3 Zuvariseye omasa we koviwaṋa,
novitjitwa vye ovihimise
komihoko avihe!
4 Muhona eye omunamasa,
neye wa pu pokutangwa;
eye u sokupewa ondjozikiro
poomukuru wovisenginina avehe.
5 Oomukuru voviwaṋa avihe vyarwe
owo oviserekarera vyovisenginina porwavyo,
nungwari Muhona ongwa memene omayuru.
6 Ohivirikiro nounene we
oumanisa vye mu kondoroka,
omasa noupwe vi urisa ondjuwo ye.
7 Tangeye Muhona,
viwaṋa amuhe kombanda yehi;
tangeye ounene nouvara we!
8 Tangeye ena ra Muhona enandjozikiro,
eteye ozombunguhiro nu mu hite mondjuwo ye.
9 Rikotameneye komurungu wOmuyapuke,
nu zezereye komurungu we, mahi amuhe.
10 Tjiviseye nai koviwaṋa avihe:
“Muhona eye Ombara!
Ouye wa zikamisiwa nomasa,
nu kamaau teratera.
Muhona ma pangura oviwaṋa nousemba.”
11 Hi nevaverwa,
yorokeye!
Kuvare na imbi ovinamuinyo mbi ri move,
zuzuma!
12 Mahi omakunwa na imbi avihe mbi ri mu eṋe,
yorokeye!
Omiti momahwa mavi imbi nondjoroka
13 komurungu wa Muhona,
eye tji meya okupangura ehi.
Eye ma pangura oviwaṋa vyouye
nousemba nouatjiri.
God the Supreme King
(1 Chronicles 16.23-33)1 Sing a new song to the Lord!
Sing to the Lord, all the world!
2 Sing to the Lord, and praise him!
Proclaim every day the good news that he has saved us.
3 Proclaim his glory to the nations,
his mighty deeds to all peoples.
4 The Lord is great and is to be highly praised;
he is to be honored more than all the gods.
5 The gods of all other nations are only idols,
but the Lord created the heavens.
6 Glory and majesty surround him;
power and beauty fill his Temple.
7 Praise the Lord, all people on earth;
praise his glory and might.
8 Praise the Lord's glorious name;
bring an offering and come into his Temple.
9 Bow down before the Holy One when he appears;
tremble before him, all the earth!
10 Say to all the nations, “The Lord is king!
The earth is set firmly in place and cannot be moved;
he will judge the peoples with justice.”
11 Be glad, earth and sky!
Roar, sea, and every creature in you;
12 be glad, fields, and everything in you!
The trees in the woods will shout for joy
13 when the Lord comes to rule the earth.
He will rule the peoples of the world
with justice and fairness.
