To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.
1 The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
4 Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.
6 Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.
7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.

1 Omwene ne ku ude mefiku loudjuu,
edina laKalunga kaJakob nali ku amene!
2 Oye ne ku tumine ekwafo
li dje mouyapuki waye,
nepameko loye nali ku dilile muSion.
3 Na dimbulukwe eendjayambo doye adishe,
na tale nohokwe omaxwikiloyambo oye. Sela
4 Oye ne ku pe eshi omutima woye wa hala,
nomauko aeshe ne a wanife.
5 Opo nee twa hala okukalukila efindano,
nomedina laKalunga ketu
omo hatu dungadungifa omapandela etu;
Omwene na shakenife omaindilo oye aeshe.
6 Paamha ondi shi shii,
Omwene ota xupifa omuvaekwa waye,
ndele te mu udu meulu laye liyapuki
omafindano manene eke laye lokolulyo.
7 Oku na ovo have lineekele omatemba oita
navamwe eenghambe;
ndelenee fye hatu hepaulula
edina lOmwene Kalunga ketu.
8 Vo kave na apa tava kwatelele,
ndele tava natwa po,
ndelenee fye otu li ofika, itatu tengauka vali.
9 Omwene, yandja efindano kohamba!
Tu uda, ngeenge hatu ifana.
